Our Therapists
Denise Mannell
First of all, welcome to our website. My name is Denise Mannell and I have been living in Fort
McMurray since 2001 and working in private practice full-time as a Registered Psychologist since
2004. My areas of speciality include psycho-educational assessments and counselling services for
children and adults. I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoy my work and it is something that
I am passionate about on a daily basis. Seeking psychological services can sometimes be a daunting
task and it often creates significant anxiety for people, but the benefits far outweigh this initial
stress. The therapeutic relationship that develops during the counselling process will provide
you with objectivity and support during a time of crisis and/or personal growth. Rest assured that
your individual needs with be fully considered and a highly professional service will be delivered
that will increase your coping skills for present and future life stress. Please do not hesitate to
contact our office if you are interested in any of the services that we offer, or if you would like
to meet one of the psychologists on staff.
